Our restaurant is a Nihonichi Shoyu – a soy sauce brewery – restaurant. Enjoy the flavors, fragrances, and goodness of naturally brewed soy sauce prepared in wooden barrels through seasonal ingredients as soy sauce dishes making full use of Japanese cuisine techniques and ingenuity, as well as of its flavors. Our restaurant is available for a variety of occasions, such as receptions and banquets. Our restaurant's original Charred Soy Sauce Fondue is a dish offering new sensations, allowing you to enjoy seasonal fresh ingredients by dipping in the deep-flavored sauce made by blending 3 types of soy sauce and adding milk and fresh cream.
