“Bad tempura at kawasaki”

The ingredient they use is not great. The batter is really bad. Only husband and wife team serving customers. Not many customers too, that’s why low turnover of ingredients. If you can avoid this place, please do so. I would rank their tempura as failed. This is killing the reputation of hageten fra...nchiser.
