“Rude and Horrible Service.”
Making people stand and wait in line to be seated when there’s plenty of unreserved seats available. The least they could do is seat people and let them have drinks even if their food orders will take a long time. The host is very rude and should be demoted or fired.

“二度と行きません”
二度と行きません。注文を忘れたり、声掛けたのを無視されたり、問題の後マネジャーと話した時安倍総理のようにご飯論法で逃げようとしました。在り来たりの答えで無視された客の心を和らぐ意識は一切見せくれませんでした。 Terrible experience with the manager on Saturday night. They forgot the pasta we had ordered. We asked why it wasn't coming; they gave us the usual "Just a moment, please" with no explanation. N...othing came for about 10 minutes. I tried to get the attention of the floor manager, he gave me the same response without even looking at the table. Apparently setting a table was more important than serving customers who were waiting for food. I tried to get his attention again; he replied with the same cookie cutter response, and just about walked by our table to welcome two people at the door, when I raised my voice to get his attention and the attention of customers around us. Only then did he bother listening to us. We cancelled the pasta and asked for the bill. On leaving the resto, I asked why he did what he did. He replied with the typical, irrelevant and insincere, "sorry" in Japanese. I asked him for a reason, none was given. he skirted around the question. Won't go back to this place - the manager gave me the impression he didn't care about customers.

“A western haven in middle of Yokohama”
I wanted to try this place since long time becsuse of photos and advertisement I was not disappointed Its pretty good for a western style restaurant in Yokohama Recommended for all types of meals A bit on the pricy side though

“Rip Off”
Recently went for drinks. When it came to pay the bill it was higher. It turns out the prices in the middle of the menu in BOLD PRINT are happy hour prices. The true prices are in small print top left hand corner. RIP OFF

“Lunch specials and view made my day ”
The view is the best part of this place. The food is good, but nothing special - service is slightly above average. Prices are fair. Menu is avaliable in English - and they offer some nice lunch specials.
