“Bring your cheque book! ”
We had a chicken, beef and prawn main with egg fried rice and a small steamed broccoli for 2 people. Drank water. Total price was an incredible £130. “Chilli wok fried prawns” had no chilli, more akin to sweet and sour flavour, and hadn’t touched the sides of a wok. The beef in pepper wasn’t bad, ...but that’s not a big compliment either because I would say it was overcooked. The sommelier was our waiter for the night and had a pretty poor knowledge of the menu. The atmosphere and setting was pleasant, nice seating. Disappointing overall unfortunately.

“Good quality Chinese ”
There is in the ANA intercontinental hotel inside. Really good atmosphere although bit expensive. You can enjoy good quality of Japan-nized Chinese dishes. インターコンチネンタルホテルの中にある中華料理店。少々お高いが雰囲気がいい。日本ナイズドされたクヲリティの高い中華が食べられる。

“Expensive for what you get but good quality”
Chinese cuisine is one of my favourites. I would normally eat in a much less expensive dining establishment but due to a late arrival and jet lag I just took the easy option. The food was very nice. The service was excellent. I would have enjoyed dining with a few more people so I could try a la...rger variety of food.

“Relaxed Dim Sum in Akasaka”
My wife and I had been traveling in Japan for more than two and a half weeks, and being from Hong Kong, we needed a good infusion of Cantonese food. Karin provided us with a wonderful, mid-week lunch, which both delightful and delicious! We ordered the Chef's Signature Dim Sum -- JPY3,450 per per...son. The meal was excellently prepared and was so tasty. The Signature Dim Sum started with three small appetisers: roast pork, chicken with sesame sauce, and Karin's own special sausage. That was followed by a beef and tofu soup, three steamed dumplings, two grilled dim sum, and a crepe with mushrooms. We were feeling pretty satisfied, but then came a choice of either porridge or stir fried noodle, and a choice of desserts. The pace was very leisurely and we did not feel at all rushed. The wait staff were professionals, who took care of all of our needs. And the restaurant, including the toilets, were very clean. Our only complaint was that the tea was expensive -- JPY800 per pot, but the pot was so small!
