“Near the Ebisu JR Train station”

Went up to the 2nd floor. A limited menu ($-$$) but what we had was delicious. We split a salad and then had the curry. It was very delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. A quaint, comfortable atmosphere with 2 sections. WI-FI available but only in one section – signal was too weak for the oth...er side.
