“Swift service”

This place is on the B1 floor in the Tobu building. One of several eateries downstairs. We were there for dinner and were quickly seated and given menus in English. Food was delivered after 10-15 min. All three plates at different time, but not disturbingly separated. All three of us were happy with... the food, a bit spicier than usual in Japan, and left satisfied, if not overwhelmed.
