■Fish wholesaler x Sushi chef. "The third-generation owner" of the fish store in Tsukiji collaborates with the owner-chef of "Aozorasushi."
Seasonal fish including natural bluefin tuna purchased at a low price are made into delicious sushi by an experienced chef who has worked for 40 years. Enjoy delicious sushi skillfully made by the experienced chef at reasonable prices!
We aim to be "an Edo-style sushi restaurant that can be easily visited" while keeping the heart of the Tsukiji main restaurant.
