“Kind of a ripp-off....”
I misunderstood that this was not the place as shown at the entrance poster. Might be a nice for a casual date or beers with friends in a quite setting (if you don't know what food should taste like), but my daugther was lured by the big poster "beef festival" so we went in to check. I should have ...guessed when the young waiter asked us if we wanted smoking or non smoking seats (I was with a child) and when we said "non-smoking please", he candidly told us that at the time they could not offer any non-smoking seats. I should have sensed that we were either not welcomed or that he was simply not that smart. Either way a sign that we should leave, but nobody was smoking at the time, so we took a seat. I actually was longing for a decent pizza, but when I saw one freshly baked from the open kitchen, I decided to take the salad. My dauther's beef was "kind of OK", (big chunks, no knife available) while the french fries that came with the beef were of course already cold (is that asking too much?!). I ordered a plate or raw ham, thinking that it was a good deal for some real prosciutto. Then reality came as a plate of that kind of fake raw ham produced in Japan that sells cheap in every supermarket. I asked for some carbonated water, of course not expecting it to be free of charge, in fact the waitress told me that she was goig to charge for it. What I received was a glass completely full of ice, with very little carbonated water but charged it as a full soft drink. Anyway, if you're the picky type, this place isn't just for you.

“Great food, good service”
Visited for lunch with our kids. The kids enjoyed the waffles and my husband and I had pasta dishes- all great meals. Nice decor and well presented. This is in the basement around the corner from the Tokyu Hands store (same building).

“Delicious food in funky little cellar bar”
Small cellar bar with slightly bohemian feel, conversation pit, slightly more formal table area, open kitchen, DJ mini-stage. Interesting artwork. Popped in for a quick bite, turned out to be very tasty seafood pasta and a delicious hirei katsu dish with pumpkin appetiser, soup and salad. Under ¥1,0...00 each plus reasonable-priced small beer. Really, surprisingly good taste on both dishes. Happy to recommend. More menu choices in evening. We did not see any separate smoking/non-smoking area.
