蒲田駅西口の商店街にはドトールが2店舗あり、こちらは蒲田駅よりやや距離があるところにあります。蒲田駅に近い方のドトールと異なる点は、1階と2階の2回構造になっている点です。ただし2階への昇降は階段のみであるため、障碍を持つ方、大きな荷物を持つ方は1階の席を利用した方がいいでしょう。 給仕されるドリンクや料理の質は他のドトールと遜色ありません。スタッフの接客は概ね平均的です（一部の時間帯（特に夕方～夜）にあまり接客態度の良くないスタッフが見られます）。但し一部の設備が古いです。テーブルや椅子がガタつき、安定して座れない席があることに注意が必要です。 There are two Doutor i...n the shopping arcade at the west exit of Kamata Station, and this one is located a little further away from Kamata Station. The difference between the Doutor near Kamata Station is that it has two floors, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. However, the only way to get up and down to the second floor is by stairs, so those with disabilities or large luggage may want to use the first floor. The quality of the drinks and food served is comparable to other Doutor. The staff is generally average in terms of customer service (although there are some staff who are not very attentive during certain times of the day, especially in the evening and at night). However, some of the facilities are old. Some of the tables and chairs are rickety, and you may not be able to sit on them stably.
