“A restaurant serving Tantanmen noodles with a variety of aromas and flavors”
黄色と赤の外装が昼夜問わずよく目立つレストランです。平日の昼食時間帯を中心に行列が出来るのを見かけますが、店内は(テーブル席、カウンター席など)席数が多く、比較的単身者あるいは少人数での利用が多いため、客の回転も速く、長く待たされる機会は多くはないでしょう。 唐辛子や味噌を始め、様々な香りを楽しめるお店でもあります。それらは変に混じり合っておらず、どれも鼻腔をくすぐるため、一層食欲をそそります。基本型は、卵・唐辛子・大蒜を混ぜ合わせた担々麺。辛さを調節できますが、標準的な辛さであっても舌がしびれるような辛さはほとんどなくどちらかと言えばマイルドな方。辛いものが苦手な人にも美味しくいただけるかも...しれません。トッピングやサイドメニューも豊富で、様々な楽しみ方が出来るのもこの店ならではの特徴です。 The yellow and red exterior of this restaurant often stands out day and night. Although you may see people waiting in line, especially during weekday lunch hours, the restaurant has plenty of seating inside (tables, counter seats, etc.), and since many customers are singles or small groups, the turnover of customers is relatively fast and you'll not have many chances to wait long. The restaurant also offers a variety of aromas, including chili and miso. They are not mixed in a strange way, but all tickle the nostrils, making them even more appetizing. The basic type of noodle soup is a mixture of egg, chili peppers, and garlic. The spiciness can be adjusted, but even at the standard spiciness level, it's not so spicy that it numbs the tongue, but rather on the mild side. Even those who do not like spicy food may enjoy it. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of toppings and side dishes that can be enjoyed in many different ways.
