The food, the service, the ambience, everything here is EXCELLENT :) Our server, Saito-san was wonderful! We enjoyed the conversation. Highly recommended for fine dining experience ;) Professional staff, pleasant and comfortable ambience and delicious food. We will be back for more ;)

Get off the train in Hakone-machi and you'll see this hotel instantly. Walk across the bridge over a pretty area of waterfalls and take the elevator up. This hotel offers baths and many people walking around in robes and slippers for that reason. Staff was very welcoming and very helpful and our roo...m had a nice view of the mountains.

This hotel's main dining offers one of the most famous and expensive curry rice in Japan. Its taste was classic but it was cooked with fine ingredients at polite skills. I understood that its curry rice had worth for its price, but it wasn't my favorite taste. We visited this restaurant with my baby.... Staff were very friendly for my baby.

Seems to be a place that was for the high and mighty back in the days but those days are obviously over. They are the old cheerleader that’s a soccer mom with 5 kids holding onto her youth by wearing clothes that’s just no appropriate. Food - 3 Food is fair. Can tell that the chef has a lot of exp...erience but lost his drive. Curry seems to be the famous dish here. Service - 4 The staff seems to be professionally trained but too robotic. Location - 4 A bit off the beaten path but the natural views are great. This place gives me the heebie jeebies. Seems like Slim from ghostbusters is going to come out of the wall any second. Will only return to show someone but not for my enjoyment
