An abundance of dishes which should be enjoyed at least once are all available here; such as the tender tonkatsu (pork cutlet) full of umami (Japanese savory taste), the sushi made with carefully selected fish, as well as the eels shipped directly from Hamamatsu.
What's more - the great value seasonal gozen cuisine (Shunsai Gozen) changes every 2 months.
Enjoy the seasonal-flavored local taste, and get drunk with a glass of local sake in one hand at night.
