My wife and I had the most amazing experience here. The staff were wonderful and the Sushi Chef was a true master of his craft. The food was delicious and I wish we had more time in Ueno to go back again and try more of their menu. Our waitress (the chef’s wife) was the most beautiful and friendly l...ady who made us feel like part of the family. The owner was also there and he was a real character. Would highly recommended to anyone wanting a true sushi experience. Definitely worth traveling out there to enjoy great sushi and an authentic experience.

We stayed a few blocks away, and had a fabulous sushi dinner on our last night in Tokyo. The fish was extremely fresh and the sushi chefs guided us through several thoughtful recommendations. Highly recommend!

A wonderful last evening Japan. I think we saved the best for last, at least for culinary experience. This is an outstanding, small, family-run establishment. We received an excellent welcome and enjoyed special food in a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend a visit!

Eating alone is always intimate but I felt very comfortable and was made welcome. Fantastic sushi, very considerate and helpful staff and friendly neighborhood vibe.

Very tasty sushi, extraordinarily good service, the most charming hosts. The miso soup is also brilliant here. We had a good evening!
