Amami

My family and I were staying locally, and were looking for a sushi restaurant, and how lucky were we to find this place. We didn’t have a reservation, but the chefs were happy to prepare a set meal for us. All courses were delicious, and reasonably priced for the quality of the food. Some of the sta...ff could speak some English, and were very helpful and welcoming. The “boss” thanked us at the end, and I would recommend this restaurant if you are in the area and looking for a genuine neighbourhood dining experience.

Don’t miss this restaurant if you are looking for an absolutely authentic Japanese sushi experience. The staff are absolutely delightful, the two chefs look like they have a lifetime of experience, and the owner is a total boss (in the best sense). I would recommend this place to anyone visiting... this area of Tokyo.
