“Italian ”
After eating predominantly Japanese we were looking for something a bit different in the way of food for lunch and came across Delizioso Firenze, and like many restaurants they have a set menu for lunch , the food was average so was the glass of red wine that was included, it was average food but a... bit of a change.

“Average italian food！”
The appetizer was very delicious with several kinds of platters. The main pizza was also very delicious. Petit dessert was also delicious. Of course coffee. As we can choose trunk, we enjoyed beer for lunch and had dessert and coffee after meal.

“Good for Westerners in Tokyo”
Hungry and in the area? We were! This place always seems to be very busy. It is proper Italian with Japanese additions. The waiters know about the Japanese add ons and will offer you real European when they realise you are not Japanese. They speak great English and take credit cards. Just as wel...l when we know how expensive restaurants are here. However I can say their prices are OK for this area. We spent a lot of time looking at restaurants and chose this one easily. The food is tasty, well cooked, prepared and served. The 500 yen cover charge is a bit cheeky, but the bread and olive oil included is nice. Like many places here, the wines prices are silly. Just drink water then go and get you wine at the 7/11!!

“Bad service”
We went there for lunch (three people). They offer lunch set at two price level. We chose two higher priced lunch set but were asked to order one more dish as they had the this requirement (desert doesn't count). Food is good there, but the service is horrible. Obviously staff was not well trained. ...They took our plate even when there was food left.

“Great experience ”
We randomly picked this restaurant among others in the mall. It turned out pretty good. Although there is no English menu, we still managed to order our meals based on the orders beside our table. LOL! We ordered seasonal salad, Delizioso Pizza ( Cheese, walnut, dry figs) - oven made- DELICIOUS! and... lobster and crab spaghetti (a little bit salty). The service was great. The waiters speak little English but they were trying their best to serve us and we felt very appreciated.
