“Great service, delicious food”
It is a big restaurant in the big street near ueno station, easy to find! I came there on Sunday night but it was not crowed. The food is so good and service is quick, Staffs are friendly as well. Wine is great, this restaurant suits for friends..no have private room for couple i think :)

“Lamb Central!”
It's a rare find in Tokyo to get a lamb-specialty restaurant that isn't devoted to Hokkaido "Genghis Khan" style grill. This place has two main dishes: lamb chops and paella. The big lamb grill is in the middle of the ground floor, surrounded by counter eating and tables further from the grill. With... a choice of salty or tara flavours, chops cost ¥390. There's a ¥980 wine nomihodai (all-you-can-drink) for 90 minutes. But I had beer (¥450 a glass). Great homemade French fries with a spicy zip. It's noisy, cheap and friendly. And afterwards the real Shitamachi buzz of Ueno is all around.
