SUSHIMASA

This is an absolute top fine dining restaurant. I opted for the 16.000 JPY menu and was absolutely blown away by the quality and ingenuity of the dishes, which in my humble opinion are at a 1* Michelin level. After for about 10 to 15 small dishes (kind of lost count), the chef prepares 10 sushi nigr...i in front of you, and these are simply fan-tas-tic. With drinks and taxes, I paid about 150 USD which is OK for such a high quality. The staff helps to translate all the food, which was an additional nice gesture. Top experience!!

Excellent sushi! Quality of ingredients was so good/fresh, service was exceptional, and we felt so welcomed. We had omakase sushi and we left the restaurant with big smile, so happy!

外国からのお客様と来店。鮨コースで12000円でしたが内容も良いですし、店内の装飾も日本らしく、ご満悦でした。 特に板前さんが目の前で握ってくれるカウンターはかなり印象的だったようで、ワォーの連続でした！ There are a lot of restaurant in Ginza Area. But the restaurant where can provide good Sushi course and atmosphere is quite few. This restaurant is one of them. Food is really nice. They provide ...“Edomae Sushi”. It’s not same as normal Sushi.its very special and you can only eat it in Tokyo area. Atmosphere is also nice. You can feel Japanese Culture.

We had dinner there during our stay in Tokyo. We booked in advance to be sure to have a table, and also because the restaurant is closing quite early (around 10pm). So if you call them and ask to reserve from 8pm or later, as cooking can take some time, they will ask you to choose your menu before c...oming. We went there at 7:30 so it was not a problem. We had the 9 courses meal, and it was just fantastic, quality, presentation and taste were amazing. The price was, in my opinion, clearly reasonnable for the quality we had.
