“Fantastic sushi, expertly prepared: A Coeliac's Review”
The best sushi I have had thus far..in life. I am not sure why the name says Zushi instead of Sushi on here, but it makes it difficult to find. I made a reservation well in advance, and if you Google the restaurant name and 'gluten free' you will see their page dedicated to what they can offer. I... highly recommend the Omakase - I was able to try some seafood that I have never had before - so interesting. The food is expertly prepared, and at least one chef speaks English, which is a rarity. The place is very small, like so many in Tokyo, but the atmosphere is friendly and bright with no pretention. You will find many locals before 8pm, and all visitors after 8pm. I will definitely go back here any time I am in the area.

“Incredible”
I am still thinking about my lunch here nearly 3 weeks later. My husband and I each got the weekday large lunch nigiri. I have Celiac disease and was well taken care of. I showed the waitress and the sushi chefs my gluten free translation card and they immediately knew what I could and could not hav...e. Some of the best nigiri I’ve ever had for sure. Only issue was I had hoped to make a reservation ahead of time- had issues with the website and the lady answering the phone couldn’t speak English. Just get there close to when they start serving lunch at 11:30. Highly recommend!

“High quality gluten free Sushi!”
I'm celiac and had the sashimi tuna rice bowl. One of the sushi chefs spoke perfect english and reassured us of gluten free menu items. The sushi ranks up there as the best we've ever had. The fare is quite expensive but matches the quality of the dishes and service!
