We're pretty up-beat about most things and understand that you don't always get a good experience for a number of reasons and to be fair, those reasons are often out of the control of the place you're visiting. In this case, we think it was under the control of the resuraunt owners. At one en...d of Aqua City shopping center, Odaiba is a group of resturaunts. We came through here looking for lunch and opted of this Italian resturaunt in order for the little one to have a rpoper meal of somthing she was familiar with. In case you haven't read previous revies of this trip, she was not well for the first week, poor thing! Italian seemed the best choice as she'd go a pizza and this was our choice. We were pleasently greeted and seated quickly (not many customers at all). The menu was less Italian than expected but we got the pizza, a pasta dish for the wife and a chicken dish for me. Our waitress was a standout! Eastern European girl who spoke English well and her Japanese fluency was impressive. The way she intereacted with the rest of the staff and served us was the highlight of this meal. Unfortunately, she couldn't do anyhting about the speed at which the kitchen served and the quality of the food. I'm sorry, I just can't reccomend this resturaunt to you unbless in the mean-time, it has a new owner and new chef. I feel for the staff as they were working hard, but were let down by the kitchen and owner. I does have a nice view but that won't help it. If the owner is reading this, fix the kitchen, fix the menu and reclaim your business. This location has potential. Food (gnocchi, lasagna and pizza) took a long time to be served and the restaurant was not even crowded. Lasagna was ok, but small size for the price and tasted like doria. Gnocchi plate was ridiculously small, you could even count the quantity of gnocchi balls in the plate (around 10). And very e...xpensive. Service is not even close to Japanese standards, the restaurant is clearly under staffed.

I took pizza 4 formaggi. It was too few cheese in pizza, only paste. My husband took Gnocchi with scallop and mushrooms. So it was lot of pesto sauce, potato, 2 pieces of mushrooms. That's all, no scallop there at all! I really don't recommend this restaurant

We it's 4 frommagi pizza and pasta with hotate. There was to few cheese in pizza, only half of it was covered and base was too dry. Gnocchi tasted well, except they put potate there for some reason and too few octopus. Don't recommend this restaurant

Like all the restaurants at Aqua City Odaiba, the restaurants facing the bridge have great views. However, I found the food only ok. It wasn't outstanding nor bad. It's ok for an Italian restaurant.
