Lumino

This is an Italian style restaurant, which seemed to remain open when other places were closed. Staff were friendly, service was good, and the ambience was pleasant and quiet. However, the pizzas weren’t great – rather thin, with little topping. This wasn’t our favourite eating place, I’m afraid, bu...t perhaps Japan needs to get into pizza-making a bit more.

Great little spot one street behind a major thoroughfare in Chaiyoda, Tokyo. I found this little place by accident a few years ago and have been coming back here ever since. The menu is all in Japanese but the waitstaff are friendly and talk you through the options if google translate lets you d...own. Prices are average and the food is great. The tiramisu is a must try!
