Have a drink with close friends as you go home from work, enjoy some Itawasa (Japanese horseradish & soy sauce kamaboko) and some baked laver … and Edo-style buckwheat noodles and soup stock.
We only serve tradition buckwheat noodles made in our restaurant.
Our dishes are characterized by an exquisite balance between the buckwheat noodles made by hand from scratch, and the traditional soup stock inheriting a long history.
We can host parties of up to 24 people in rooms floored with tatami mats.
