“Too expensive, tiny dishes and customers ignored.”
They charge pasta like if it was a ribeye steak and the courses are ridiculously small. I arrived and sat in the terrace, after 20 minutes being ignored by the staff, I had to get inside and ask if the terrace was serviced or not, after a no and a consultation with the manager it became a yes. After... my meal, I was ignored for another 15 minutes again. At the end, the manager looked at me and laughed from inside, before sending someone. Never again. There are a lot of better options around with better service and more reasonable prices.

“Excellent Italian food in Narita!”
I stumbled on Vineria at lunchtime while walking around Narita City. Although it is off the main shopping street, it's remarkably convenient and worthwhile finding. The TripAdvisor map is accurate - exiting the JR train station go left, and just walk the side street that keeps the Gongen shrine on ...your left. Vineria is just down this street, on the right. You can't miss the orange awning. No more than a 3 minute walk from the JR station. Anyway, I was very impressed with the variety of pizza and pasta dishes, the quality of the food, and the caring and friendly staff. I had a simple Margherita pizza (perfectly baked and delicious) with a side salad (so fresh!) -- both recipes could have been served from my favorite Italian restaurant in Mestre, Italy. I can't wait to go back and try the pastas and meats! An English menu is available and my server Dan spoke English. The restaurant is spotlessly clean both inside and outside on the patio. If you're looking for an excellent alternative to Japanese food in Narita, go to Vineria!

“Nice Italian restaurant”
If you are tired of Japanese fare then stop in at the Vineria. It's off the main street in downtown Narita. It will set you back about $10-$16 a person, but it's a nice relaxing atmosphere and pretty good food.

“Great little Italian restaurant in downtown Narita”
We had a delicious lunch at Vineria which was a welcome break from Japanese fare. Light crust wood fired pizza, fresh salads, homemade food and gourmet. Highly recommend.
