“State of The Art Yakitori Restaurant”
I had never enjoyed Yakitori, a Japanese type of skewered chicken this much. Torizen is a small hidden-treasure restaurant in the middle of Ginza in Tokyo. A friend took me there and we enjoyed Omakase (chef's choice) menu. Each small dish was beautiful, fresh (the chef prepares food in front of... you) and tasteful. The chef and his wife were very friendly. The price is quite reasonable for this high end restaurant. They are so good and I think they deserve Michelin stars.

Good full course of chicken food”
In the center of Ginza, this restaurant is unexpectedly welcoming us. Even it is underground physically but heig...ht of its ceiling is surprising. You will try at least from this point of view. About taste, Fukuoka and Kyushu area is one of the best in Japan from history view point. The are is only the one where has been open to abroad for many hundreds of years. If you like chicken, you can enjoy various kinds of ways of cooking and dishes.

“Excellent”
We were taken to this restaurant by our Japanese hosts. They told us this is one of the best chicken restaurants and we were not disappointed. Note the raw chicken is a specialty for those willing to be adventurous.
