“All of the cow type if awesome! ”

Solid bit of Japanese nose to tail eating. Not knowing any Japanese I just asked for "omakase"and then they helped me out with there best English. Lots of interesting bits of the cow here and they were all great. Particularly loved the esophagus and the aorta. Also great salads and vegetable starter...s. Great people and good chat. Not cheap but treat yourself.
