Hello, I lost my phone at this store, and I suspect one of your employees might have taken it. Seriously, I'm a tourist who ate at your yakiniku shop. (The shop reciept showed on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 18:29). I brought my "iPhone15 Pro Max in white" with me. I had a meal on the second floor ...and went to pay at the counter, forgetting my phone there. After realizing around 7:00 pm, I checked 'Find my iPhone' and saw it was at your store. I asked your staffs, but they said they didn't find it. I waited until the store closed around 10:00 pm. No customers were in the shop, only your staffs were working and the phone was still there according to 'Find my iPhone. I talked to the staffs again, but no one admitted finding it. One staff member gave me an email to contact if they found it, but I haven't received any email back. During the night around 1:00 am, the phone's location moved from the shop (location 1) to another spot (location 2). The next morning, it moved to location 3 and then back to location 4 in the evening of the same day. This suggests that someone from your staff took it, indicating dishonesty and a lack of security. I'm the victim here and would like the owner to investigate employees matching the locations provided. I believe this person might be the one who took my phone. I request the owner to find out the truth to demonstrate the store's commitment to customer service. I intended to eat at your restaurant impressed, and I hope the owner can impress me again by helping me retrieve my phone and sending updates to my email at pim_dent@hotmail.com if found. If you find it, my friend from Japan will pick it up from your store. Thank you very much for your help.

i was recommended to visit this place by a friend because he said that the prices for the platters have larger portions and are cheaper/similarly priced to other restaurants. the beef is fantastic and the staff are very friendly! however i don’t really like the location as its very secluded to me an...d the ventilation is kinda bad, till the point im having “meat hands” 😅 however if you don’t mind those, this is place i would 100% recommend 😃

The best beef ever! Deserves a much better score. Get the sirloin on the specials menu. You won't regret it. And leave your budget and inhibitions on the door. Recommend that you throw some salt on it for extra flavor and order the variety box.
