“Wife's birthday dinner”
We celebrated my wife's birthday at Hamazen Japanese restaurant in Fussa. This was my third time enjoying the delicious fresh food at Hamazen. I highly recommend the sushi and the fresh caught sashimi.

“A Gem in Fussa! Fresh, fresh sushi!”
Made a same day reservation at this restaurant on a Wednesday night. Three of us sat at Japanese-style seating around the aquarium. English menu available. Sushi, sashimi, and tradition Japanese menu option,....a-la-cart and sets. The food quality was exceptional and beautifully presented. Service w...as excellent, and very quick. Also had Sawanoi sake from Ome brewery as special drink,...and plum wine! And yes, you can catch your own fish!
