Est. 1948, over 3 generations we have been cherished by everyone in the local area to this day. Rice is the staple food of the Japanese people, and has coexisted with food culture since ancient times. Combined in a small pot with various ingredients and cooked with delicious water from the base of Fujihakone mountain, the result is a kamameshi with a condensed deliciousness. With assent from the bottom of everyone's hearts, in order that they should enjoy themselves and be powerfully moved from deep within; with those intentions in mind, today we once again bring our everything into hospitality.
