“Good food; great value; good service”
In October we visited Nara and found ourselves looking for a place for dinner. Fortunately, we settled on Syuraku, where we enjoyed a very good evening. Izakaya style selections provided enormous choice at prices that were very reasonable indeed. We feasted on all the " usual suspects" each of whic...h was well cooked and presented (as I hope some of the photographs will illustrate). Everything we had was enjoyable and tasty. Could not fault the food nor the service, which was typically efficient but also friendly and welcoming. Beer and sake were also cheap and hugely enjoyable. This was a really good choice and I certainly recommend it.
