“Terrible Service!!!”
The MOST TERRIBLE restaurant we had tried in Japan. - Unfriendly food servers welcomed us. - Kept on giving wrong orders. - Brought some of our orders in double. - Didn’t serve the rest of the food we ordered. - Gave us wrong bill computations. - To top it all we forgot something on the table wh...en we left. We came back to look and asked for it after 2hours. The unfriendly staffs said they didn’t see anything on the table which is really impossible because we just went to a karaoke and realized that we left something in this restaurant. It’s an horrible experience. We don’t recommend this restaurant. Rude, unfriendly staffs and bad service. The management must teach their staffs to smile and BE HONEST like the rest of the Japanese people.

“Casual Restaurant & Bar”
This restaurant & bar is located five-minute walk from Umeda station and near Higashi-dori street. This bar offers so called casual foods and casual drinks, which should be good for youngers. I used this bar in the daytime and this was the only available bar which I could find in the daytime. This b...ar could be an option if you are looking for the bar available in the daytime.
