“The fresh shirasu is clear and sparkling”
This is a restaurant where you can enjoy fresh shirasu in Yuasa Town, the birthplace of soy sauce. While kama-age shirasu is available almost everywhere, raw shirasu is a precious ingredient that may not be available depending on the time of year or the arrival of the season, but raw shirasu is a ve...ry rare and precious ingredient that you may not be able to find depending on the time of year and availability. Since I had come all the way to Wakayama, I had the kama-age shirasu donburi and added a small plate of raw shirasu to make a combined bowl. The fresh shirasu is clear and sparkling, the freshness of the shirasu is evident. The smooth texture, bitterness, and accent of ginger make this dish wonderful. The kama-age shirasu is also delicious with a soft texture and sweetness. I recommend you to compare the taste of each.

“Soy Museum ”
Really worth visiting and they have very knowledge able guide to take tourists through not just the history of Soy but also the commercial reality of its inception
