“Great food and service”
Restaurant is great for a casual lunch. It was busy but the service was prompt. We were informed that the yakisoba and okonomiyaki dishes will take about 20 mins to arrive. Food is really good and the kids loved the kushikatsu and yakisoba.

“Rude waiter, miscommunication with drinks, overcooked shrimp. Some friendly older staff, convenient location, child seat”
I recently dined at this restaurant and had a mixed experience, which is reflected in my 2 out of 5-star rating. On the downside, one of the waiters displayed a rude attitude. We ordered drinks, but there was a mix-up, and the waiter insisted that we must have ordered the wrong drink simply based on... the receipt. Additionally, the fried shrimp we ordered was severely overcooked. However, it's worth noting that some of the older waitstaff were very pleasant, as one would expect from Japanese hospitality. The restaurant's location is convenient, and they provide child seats for families. Just be cautious and try to avoid the waiter who may not seem very friendly.

“Great Osaka specialities”
Had 2 visits to this restaurant and enjoyed it both times. Tried the okanomiyaki the first time and yakisibo on the second visit. Staff very helpful.

“Traditional Japanese food”
Traditional Japanese food it was nice when you traveling different countries it can be different tests which is you don’t like but if you choose right foods this restaurant good choice to visit

“Great tasting okonomiyaki and takoyaki in the heart of Dotombori”
My brothers and I had a fantastic meal here on New Year's Day. We chose this place because one of them wanted okonomiyaki and the other one wanted takoyaki and this place specializes in both. The restaurant itself is split between the upstairs table seating section and the downstairs standing sectio...n with a stall outside for people ordering to-go. After being seated at our table upstairs, ordering our food was quick, easy and efficient through the multi-lingual tablet system that wirelessly sent out our choices to the kitchen. Service was a bit on the slow side, but that's understandable being a holiday and all. Everything came out delightfully delicious, but the okonomiyaki were a bit on the small side compared to the ones we had in Hiroshima, so I would recommend ordering at least one per person to satisfy your hunger. Definitely try out the yakisoba okonomiyaki if you like noodles.
