We prepare only the living pufferfish that dynamically swims in the water tank in front of the store. We also serve dishes of Suppon (softshell turtle) which overwhelmingly contains much collagen.
We prepare only living pufferfish of over 1.2kg swimming dynamically in a large water tank in front of the restaurant.
For Tecchiri (hot pot) and Yakifugu (grilled), the pufferfish is dressed by order so it is twitching in front of you proving the freshness of just being prepared.
Of course, the pufferfish of just being dressed is also used for Tessa (sashimi) and deep-fried pufferfish.
Suppon hot pot with much nutrition and full of collagen is made with excellent soup of clear and natural taste.
