Sakana-to Kai-to Temakizushi Toto Sutando

This was terrible from beginning to end. When the waiter took our order, he was watching at his cell phone (I could see he was with google maps). After 40 minutes of waiting they, we were still waiting for a sashimi plate (sashimi needs very little preparation). The guy that was preparing the di...sh (it is a bar restaurant so you can see the preparation) was stopping our dish for doing other stuff (serving beer, talking to other guys, preparing other dishes, charging tables, etc). We asked two times for the plate and they still didn't care at all. Once we saw that the guy was stopping one more time the preparation, we ask for the check and decided to leave (after around 50 minutes). We also have to ask twice for the check because they were completely ignoring us. They charged us the full amount of what they brought to the table (they even changed me an extra high denomination bill to charge me extra 70 Yen). Before leaving we told the guy that that was a very bad experience and he completely ignored us and after repeating he said "Ok", like "I don't really care". The area is full of nice restaurants, please, do yourself a favor, avoid this one.
