i do not understand why people are so negative about this lovely spot. it’s right on the river. if you pay a little extra 500 yen or about 3 dollars you get amazing seats on couches outside. it was a beautiful night. they said the pizza would take 30 minutes - it was way faster. the staff was s...uper nice. the prosciutto and arugula pizza was great. give it a chance. i think a lot of the other reviewers may have been hangry. :-)

The positive for the place is that it can accommodate big group (we were 13). Instead of booking for sharp 8, we were only let in around 815. The pizza and starters are decent but has very less options for vegetarians. the service was ok but nothing out of this world. The location is nice though.

Bit fed up of noodles and katsu, this was a find after a morning in Nishiki market. The restaurant has a decent pizza and pasta buffet for lunch but unfortunately we only arrived 10 mins before the 2:30pm cut off, so ordered a la carte. Pizzas were delicious, thin based and oven fired, the pasta w...as nice although small. All in all, a very decent place for lunch or dinner with very decent house wines.

Would not recommend. Poor service, bland food, overpriced and misleading. - completely missed one of the main meals, which we had to chase and ended up cancelling - seafood pasta filled with overcooked shellfish and a crab so tiny there was no crab meat in the shell - small portions for pasta - ti...ramisu was basically cream, only a think slither if biscuit. Nice flavoured slither though - advised the pictures in the menu are it reflective of what is available (what ?!) - ¥330 per head table charge. When I queried this it was eventually removed - water ordered at stratified meal arrived an hour later Interestingly the table seated beside us were fussed over and had non stop attention. And they got water easily :) Quality of food didn’t make up for all the other downfalls. Would not recommend. -

I have been to this restaurant approximately 50 times on business from Tokyo. The service has been good thanks to the manager who apparently left. I have been here 3 times on this trip and the service was terrible. Even if I spoke Japanese the wait staff looked at me like the a krewe member in a New... Orleans mardi gras campaign. What's this with these places never serving you water unless you ask for it repeatedly? I ordered tonight the Margerita Pizza. It was a joke: nothing but a can of tomatoe sauce dumped on it and a few pieces of Mozarella cheese. Come on Cuomo you can do better. I heard some Italians a day before yesterday complaining of the paucity of cheese on their pizza. This is a DISGRACE for the price and the reputation.
