Sakanaryori Rokkon Wakayamaekimae

Service was friendly and prompt. We had a set course dinner, the focus was on fish. After all, it is a fish restaurant! We had starters, sashimi, steamed fish with sour plum, whitebait salad, and rice steamed with flaked fish meat. The dishes showcased the different types of local fish, the flavo...urs and textures of different fish, and the chef's cooking techniques. The meal was filling, the fish were fresh and sweet. The cooking is not oily. I highly recommend this lovely fish restaurant, to everyone who loves eating fish! Please note there is no English menu, and the staff does not speak much English.
