“Good soba place, seems authentic and good quality”
Came here to try cold soba and it was very nice. Well made, not too expensive despite being in the main station. We came after the main lunchtime rush so no waiting.

“Traditional Japan Food Delicious ”
We've been here twice between two trips to Japan. I had soba in a soup base both times. My partner had the set course menu both times. Food is nonpretentious, authentic, and delicious. Price is reasonable at under $20 USD pp.

“An old school Japanese soba place in the belly of Kyoto's main train station”
Embedded deep into the belly of the expansive Kyoto station is a soba place with a classical Japanese menu. We enjoyed the nicely executed ten zarusoba (cold noodles with a side of shrimp tempura). The service was efficient and friendly. The atmosphere is that of a regular, no-nonsense Japanese r...estaurant (and that is the way we like it). Very reasonable prices.

“A Good Experience”
Had lunch here after an organized morning tour. Service was courteous and expedient. My friend and I ordered bento lunches. Good, full of variety, and filling. I'm still craving the pickles that accompanied my meal. (The pickles at the Japanese restaurants in my current neighborhood are so basi...c.)

“GOOD FOOD, AFFORDABLE SOBA RESTAURANT INSIDE KYOTO STATION”
Located inside Kyoto station, we thought to try this after a half day trip from Fushimi Inari. The prices are pretty standard. It ranges from 1,000yen - 1,300yen. Service was good, we were attended to pretty quickly & we didn't have to wait long for our order. Ordered the tendon soba and it was f...antastic. After you're done eating, head west to enjoy some waterfall display.
