IL ALBERTA

Sometimes when you visit Japan we already knew Japanese food is one of the best and delicious cuisine ever but trying a different one in one of Japan's major cities like Osaka is a recommended one at least an escape for a bit of eating ramen or karage-don. We booked our hotel in Fukushima, Osaka and... while strolling around the place we found this restaurant Il Alberta. It was our first time to try and eat at a Spanish-Italian style restaurant. The ground floor is a bar that serves drinks and the 2nd floor is the main dining area although you could eat at the first floor as well. There is also a mini-bar upstairs. The concept, style and design is truly European a mix of Spanish-Italian artistry. It was very comforting I felt I'm in an old Italian home with a view of the JR Fukushima Station. The food is diverse so many to choose from and the price were very reasonable. For a glass of red wine it's less than 500 yen. We ordered Anchovies Pizza, Risotto Cheese, Salmon steak for my dad, and Squid ink Spaghetti to share for both me and my mom. The servings are good enough for 2 to 3 persons and their all delicious. It felt like a truly home cooked meal with a bite of fine dining. We were very satisfied especially with the squid ink spaghetti which is very yummy you can taste the squid's ink and the pasta were aldente. I really loved our experience that's why I decided to review it. Kudos to Il Alberta.

Such a great little place with amazing food. Stopped in after a long day of exploring. Staff were super friendly. Pizza was one of the best we have had- wood fire and home made dough. Great atmosphere and great food and drinks!!
