Uomasu

[English is below] 巣鴨駅前、松屋と成文堂書店の間に位置する魚介&日本酒居酒屋さんです。 今回は仕事仲間と訪問し、シラスてんこ盛りサラダや枡盛で驚いてもらい、卵焼きやアジフライ&カキフライでビールや日本酒を楽しみました。 サラダはその名の通りシラスが大量に入っており、ゴマ油のドレッシングで味わい深いです。 枡盛は3段建ての枡タワーに新鮮な魚介の刺身がきれいに盛られており、今回はサーモン/スズキ/イワシが非常に良きでした。 そして、アジフライ&カキフライは安定のおいしさで、これはビールが進む時、一緒についてくる骨せんべいは日本酒に合う合うこと。 普段は料理の説明を色々と詳し...くしてくれるのですが、忙しかったのか、仕事の話をしていたからか説明はなく… 説明してくれればもっと盛り上がったのになあと思いつつ、ここは新しくした派手な看板とともに若干不満でありました。 とはいえ総じてレベル高く、コスパ非常に高いお店なので大満足です!!ごちそうさまでした!! This Izakaya that famous for seafood and SAKE is located in front of Sugamo-Sta, between Matsuya and Seibundo Bookstore.This time, I visited with my business partners and was surprised by the Shirasu-salad and Masu-mori, and enjoyed beer/SAKE with egg rolls, fried mackerels and oysters. The salad, as the name suggests, is filled with a large amount of Shirasu(whitebait), and the sesame oil dressing gives it a rich flavor.The Masumori is a triple-rung Masu tower with fresh SASHIMI beautifully arranged, and this time the salmon/ sea bass/sardines were very good.The fried mackerel and oysters are consistently delicious, and the bone crackers that come with them go well with sake. Usually, staff explain about the dishes in detail, but they didn't explain because they were busy...I thought it would have been more exciting if he had explained more, but I was a little dissatisfied with the new fancy signage here. However, the overall level of the restaurant is high and the costumer service is very high, so I am very satisfied!
