“Shabu Shabu experience”
We had shabu shabu dinner which hotpot dish of thinly sliced meat and vegetables boiled in water and served with dipping sauces. It was a set menu with 5-6 courses from memory (I lost count) in a private room. The dishes were beautifully & so delicately presented and the preparation of each dish alo...ne would have taken hours. Our waitresses were dressed in kimono and explained each dish to us (in Japanese). There was a wide selection of sake & alcoholic beverages to temp you. The beef came with certificate of authenticity & pedigree (which made me sad). It was certainly an experience to be shared. Good for special occasions.

“Great venue for business purpose ”
In Tokyo, there’re many great restaurants but I personally felt this was a good restaurant especially under business situation. The room was quiet in private room - I know there’re so many private and good food serving restaurants in Tokyo but this is very convenient location in the heart of Ginza... and adjuvant to Shinbashi station. Not lousy Main Street where lots of big busses and taxis are on and off. The meal was also entertaining with the certificate of beef - it indicated even who’re mother and father or grandparents. Staff knew all about the day of beef when this beef origin was born and how this beef was raised etc- it’s a bit sentimental to know it all but it’s almost diamond’s certification - detailed history of the beef you were about to be served. Sure enough, it’s very good. Only with this aspect, it brought a lot of attention and eased any kind of tension so quickly. I thought it’s a great place by all means.

“Good beef but may not be value for money”
We managed to book a table for dinner for 2 upon arrival into Tokyo by requesting hotel staff to make the reservation. During the reservation, we were told that the dinner would be 15000 yen (before tax) per person for Shabu Shabu. Since this restaurant had a good review, we agreed with the price.... The restaurant (on Thursday night) was not full and doubt a need to make a reservation on a weekday. The service was excellent and the beef that came with the birth certificate was alright but at that price, we expected more. The dinner is a 5-course dinner. Overall, it was a nice experience but with the price paid, I think there would be other restaurants offering better value.

“Best Shabu-Shabu”
They have a best meats ever named Matsusaka Beef, no. 1 in Japan. They have a well served and have a variant of sake or alcohol. The place is quite nice because they have a Japan Culture. But the price is quite high. The unique is they have a certificate for Matsusaka Beef includes Cow's family tree....

“Very delicious”
It is very delicious 鋤焼 restaurant in Ginza (entry from back street). Private rooms have dense atmosphere. Beef is very high quality for Tokyo.
