“I visited its chain Western star by Mantenboshi”
We visited Mantenboshi in Nihonbashi Takashimya, but I cannot find it in Tripadvisor. I want to say the food is good, taste good, not cheap for hamburger steak with rice around 1,700 yen which is half the price in street shops. I ordered black pork chop costs 1,800+yen, small portion but taste good.... I like this place because the queue is short, food is delicious, price is reasonable in Tokyo. Our friends ordered curry chicken or beef (can't remember which meat) looks good taste good. The other people ordered crab au gratin, also looked yummy. Definitely will visit this place again, after trying this chain restaurant. I will venture to try all the restaurants on top or at basement of Daimaru Takashimiya, Mitshikoshi and write on Tripadvisor, so tourist can enjoy good food when our feet are tired and our stomach is empty. Great place to rest and relax with cup of coffee too

“classy 'ok' omurice”
I'm always curious about omurice, because I've seen a lot of them in manga and Jdrama. I tried several of cheap omurice but they didn't meet my expectation. So when I stumbled Mantenboshi I am quite happy. Their speciality is their special demi glace sauce and omurice (omelette rice). 1800 yen for... a plate of omurice sure is not cheap. But this one is one classy omurice, with good quality ingredients. The omelette is perfectly fluffy, the demi glace sauce is tasty too but overall the taste is just okay. On the other hand, I am quite surprised at their cream curry, I don't expect them to be delicious. But it is very yummy. Rich and savoury. I'll be back for their cream curry next time around :)
