“Nice Tapas Place”
We wandered around and found this place for a nice small dinner with Tapas and some good wine by the glass. Compared to the higher floor restaruants it is a deal, but please go up and see the view from the 35th floor! We really loved the small "A5" beef tapas plate. A little more, but it melted in... your mouth.

“Good food and English menu”
Conveniently located on 6th floor in Marunouchi building next to Tokyo Station, I think this restaurant is a good choice for foreigners who don't speak Japanese and need a simple and straightforward meal downtown Tokyo.
