Each time I stay in Tokyo I try to have a dinner at Yanone in Royal Park Hotel! Better to book in advance... For me this is certainly one of the best Sushi restaurant in all Japan. So fresh, nice presentation, amazing taste, always new discovering! I love this food and since I've been there with som...e Japanese friends, I cannot really appreciate sushis in any other place in Tokyo... the place to be!

“Good, but not great.”
This is a straightforward Japanese Sushi Restaurant. With sake, we spent around $400 for two and overall were satisfied with the experience. For this price it should compare favorably with similar places in the US, Hana in Rohnert Park, CA or Sasabune in Honolulu. In reality, it fell a bit short ...of those very high marks. Nevertheless, it was a good and very conveniently located experience in Tokyo.

“Overpriced decent Sushi”
Very nice sushi, but not more than that. Having tried to walk off the jet-lag in the morning and being back fatigued at the hotel, I decided to go for in-house sushi. A regular size plate sushi and a beer set me back nearly 10000 Yen. Going for Sushi outside the hotel, double the quantities, double ...the flavor, costed half. So think about walking 800 meters in any direction, because you will find a better deal.

“Extremely expensive, yet very good service and food”
Large assortment of very fresh fish ( katzo and Hagi exceptional ) and all kinds of raw shellfish. Small portions, typical cute sushi-bar and very good sake. The bill....... Indeed surprisingly undigested ! If you don't care about spending though, all very very good

“Average, Expensive, Convienent Sushi”
This is a small Sushi bar on the lower B1 level of the Royal Park that is associated with the hotel (can charge to your room). While normally would go next door for my typical noodle shop, opted for a late dinner as just arrived from the USA. They are very help full and provide picture menus for g...uests who need such. The sushi is typical sushi offerings (maguro, sake, Hamachi) in negiri and roll (i.e. California, Philadelphia, etc.) style with the portions being somewhat on the small size (relative). The price however, for a few pieces of nigiri and a tea and beer was ~10000 yen. Outside restaurants down the street offer the same/more for 1800 - 2500 yen. Paying for the convenience.
