“Average plus”
Way expensive considering the quality. A worthwhile experience if you feel like you want to hob nob with the 'swells' and coffee/dessert in the very chic location of Tokyo Midtown.

“High end cafe”
We didn't eat here as it was quite crowded. But we picked up a few gifts as souvenirs as it serves as the Ritz Carlton Hotel's gift shop. Service was outstanding.

“Overpriced, not worth it”
Took over 30 minutes to receive a cold salmon sandwich and soup - the wrong soup. Food was okay, not great, certainly not worth the price and slow service. Definitely disappointing considering it claims the Ritz Carlton name and standard of service.

“Gorgeous cakes!”
Had a couple of hot chocolates and a cake here: the cake was gorgeous and the presentation of the hot chocolate delightful.

“Savory quick bites”
We had a quick bite to eat here. The service as always was impeccable. The food was delicious. I wish they had more food options here.
