“Go someplace else. Lots of better choices in every way”
Shocking rudeness as the first interaction completely put us off. The only reason we stayed was because they would have charged us any way for late cancellation. So we had made a reservation here well in advance via the hotel concierge and we had written confirmation. We go in anticipating a nice m...eal of outstanding beef. One of the chefs comes out and without even asking us whether we had a reservation, takes one look at us and says “full full go away”. “No reservation go away. He was literally trying to shoo us out the door yelling “go away go away” until we forced him to look at his reservation book and there was our name. He then went off and hid somewhere. The older chef approached and we ordered. We had to up order our reserved course whose menu, which was not available at the one of reservation, included tongue that we do not eat. The older chef came with two pieces of what he called sirloin. Mine was so chewy I had to discreetly it into a tissue. They brought various cuts of meat supposed to be Kobe number 5 as per our menu at 12,000¥ each. The tenderloin was super with its marbled fat and meat, two other cuts were just edible. The others barely so, full of gristle and or with very fatty edges. The soup and salad were decent enough. The whole experience was very disappointing and too expensive for the quality of the food. We’ve had far superior dinners with excellent cuts of meat for the same of slightly lower price. Even the smallest izakayas greet you as you leave. This place ? Nothing. And ironically there were plenty of open seats from the time we had arrived until we left. So they certainly weren’t full.

“Underwhelming.”
Underwhelmed. The meat was ok but not really A5 (or at least it didn’t seem like it). The staff was not at all friendly and the ambiance was plain. Quite anticlimactic for our group since it was the last night for this trip. We were hoping for something impressive considering we were paying 12,000 y...en per person.

“Fantastic value and you will learn about different cuts of beef”
There are tons of Yakiniku restaurants in Tokyo and they come in full spectrum from most expensive to cheap and highest quality to rip offs. I consider myself a connoisseur of beef and can without hesitation testify that this restaurant serves high quality Wagyu beef at very good value. What I lik...e about the restaurant is that they serve 12 cuts of beef and name them all on the plate. They also provided an explanation of the different cuts and their flavors on a placard. There are literally 44 different cuts of beef! You order a set that presents 12 of those cuts like a degustacion. It’s incredible how different cuts taste subtly different. Service was fantastic and best of all no queue! It’s in a lane off the road in Roppongi and is far away from the more touristy part of Roppongi. Highly recommended and I will come back.

“Great dinner”
It was recommended by colleague. A small and cosy place with great grilled food. Enjoyed evening. Price very reasonable.

“A cosy dinner place”
Excellent food they provide in here. High quality beef wagyu! Love the fact that they do kimchi as well which freshens up your appetite to eat more ;) I also ordered the scallop and chicken which were also on Japanese standard. Very lovely dinner with my family and am really pleased about it. They a...lso do marvellous ice cream flavours in here, go and try it!
