The experience was amazing and the food spectacular! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was our first shabu shabu experience and we all loved it. Even the kids (13 and 11 )lived the food and really enjoyed the cooking experience.

Seasonal offerings, such as Sakura sea bream and Kyoto bamboo shoots, are also available, enhancing the dining experience with fresh, seasonal flavors. Intimate as each room is private, the intimate private rooms were nice, yet the food was average to good – so not noteworthy

What an experience! I dined solo in a private room with an attentive host who took Me though a 7-course experience of sashimi, warm appetizers, and shabu shabu. The ingredients were first rate. I’ll be back again.

Amazing experience of the traditional Shabu Shabu in a private room with Hidaka looking after us in a very personal way. The food was amazing from starters to dessert. I would come back!

The food was good, presentation great, and the service was excellent. Shimizu was super attentive to our meals and explained everything to us even if we both had limited understanding of each other. The set up was very intimate for dinner of two and we appreciated the nice cozy room. Would definitel...y come back when we are next in town.
