“Fantastic experience”
The food, the flavours, the experience was one of the most authentic dining experiences I’ve had in 56 years. Thoroughly recommend visiting for a true Japanese experience.

“Amazing experience”
Although very expensive we absolutely loved our experience at Kyoto Hyoki Kyobashi. Amazing service and food, it was a real special treat to have this personal dining experience in a private room. Loved it!

“The Kyoto cuisine that you must try.”
A deluxe Kyoto cuisine highly recommended for your Japan visit. We enjoyed the cuisine in a private setting, with warm and pleasant staff providing excellent services. The staff introduced the origins of the food, helped the preparation of the shabu shabu, and explained clearly how to enjoy the food... to its great taste. After all, it’s a great cuisine from Kyoto, which blends art and taste.

“Wonderful seasonal menu and excellent service”
Lovely autumn kaiseki and shabu shabu menu. Excellent service and wonderful food. We really enjoyed the helpful staff who explained everything to us carefully. Highly recommend for an experience you cannot get outside Japan!
