“Sumptuous Taiwanese Hakka Cuisine”
Been visiting Seiryumon, a Taiwanese Hakka restaurant for a long time now. Turn right from the East exit of JR Ikebukuro station, walk past Seibu Department store & it is across the road from Starbucks. A flight of stairs takes you down to the basement. It is spacious & the service has always been e...fficient. The food has exceeded my expectations & that is why I keep on visiting this place whenever I am around the vicinity. The dishes are explained in English & I believe they have staff who speak in Chinese & English. And I guess it has now become a non-smoking restaurant.

“Not a pretty place, but very tasty food!”
The front of the place looks normal enough, but downstairs it is quite odd and dark. We got kind og sceptical for this reason, but carried on becausd of curiosity. Turned out the food is great! Good taste, fast, plain but nice looking. The staff were very helpfull! We had dumplings, chicken with pea...nuts, and fried pork with vegetables.
