“An inexpensive breakfast”
My general rule in Tokyo is you never have a bad meal, you may make bad choices. Second rule is you can soend as much or as little as you want. Breakfast is among the hardest meals to find. Usually you purchase a meal at a hotel. Matsuya is a beef bowl fast food restaurant with an English breakfast... menu. Admittedly it is just a few selections and options, but if you like cold tofu or hiyayakko instead of natto you have the option. I found this restaurant after it moved in Monzennakacho and am happy I did. Fast automated meal service.

“Big beef bowl perfect for dinner”
Went here for dinner with friends. Similar to the other Japanese fast food restaurants, there's an ordering machine near the entrance to make order and payment. The menu served is mainly beef rice bowl (kind of like Yoshinoya, but slightly different), and it does taste good. You'll get piping hot... miso soup with the meal too. The price is very reasonable. Just perfect for a quick fix of popular Japanese beef bowl whenever you feel hungry.
