“Great value in local-style Italian restaurant”
When you tire of Japanese food, seek out one of the many Saizeriya restaurants. The one in Nippori is on the second floor of an office building so you red to be a detective. Best described as "Italian inspired" a gourmet would say the cuisine is not really Italian - but I suppose people quibble ab...out regional Italian cooking anyway. [The pizzas are small, thin crust -not New York or Chicago. Be opened minded.] Crowded with locals, service is exemplary [even if you don't speak Japanese] as each table as a button to summon the waiter. The menu offers a wide variety of food - pizza, paella, pasta, salads, cheap wine. The servings are small but so are the prices. If you are hungry, just order an extra item. The quality is high. A happy place if you find one.
