“Worst Pizza and Service - No One Speaks English”
We had the worst pizza and service today at the Saizeriya in Rokko Island near the Sheraton Hotel. When our pizza arrived it had water on it. We told the waitress the pizza was terrible and she laughed. We were also charged for sodas when we drank water. No one in the restaurant speaks English. ... I fee terrible about this and we got ripped off. In al of Japan, this was our worse experience.

“Non smoke free restaurant for families”
Reasonably priced family restaurant with a comprehensive good menu for kids. Although catered to family this is not a smoke free environment. Family with children be warned and try to ask for seat well away from the smoking area. Its disgusting that people are smoking and the smoke floats over whil...e you are eating. I feel sorry for the staff who has to put up with this kind of work environment. The management should strongly consider making their restaurant a smoke free environment.

“Always my Fave since 2008 in Shanghai”
First time I had Saizeriya was in Shanghai on 2008, I had Saizeria quite so many times there, so on this opportunity when I visited Tokyo, I will not miss Saizeriya, Just knew that Saizeria originally from Japan, so its even better. As usual, its always long line and packed, luckily our seat is read...y when we are arrived, as usual I ordered my fave chicken steak. Still the best and still juicy I love it on every dis I had here. Enjoy the best quality Italian at reasonable price.

“This place is the best!!!”
Ohmigod this place is awesome. Huge menu, great efficient service, big tasty meals, and ridiculously cheap! We had two main meals, a salad, 3 beers and 2 glasses of wine for the grand total of AUD20. And they are all over the place. We stumbled into the one in Kyoto by (happy) accident, and if I'd k...nown they were a chain I would have eaten in one every night! And if you hate fish like I do, and the fact that there is surprise fish in every meal in traditional Japanese restaurants, even 'vegetarian' ones, this place will make you SO happy!!

“Formulaic Chain of Restaurants, Consistent Quality and Service”
Want a good value meal in Tokyo, drop in to any Saizeriya Restaurant. If busy you write down your name and no of people of the list and sit to wait. We waited just 5 minutes. Each restaurant practically identical and menu is identical and features 'italian style'...salads, pasta and grills etc. V...ery reasonable about $50AUD for 3 with more than we could eat and a beer each. When you want to order, press the button on table which calls the assistant! Fast service and good food if to a formula! Food will look exactly like the photos! Many young staff speak some English.
