“Value for money gyoza and ramen”
Value for money food and delicious. You can order ramen and fried rice in a set and also additional gyoza. It’s open 24 hrs! Located just on the other side of tram lines once you come out from south exit of Otsuka train station.

“Quite nice ”
I ate a few meals here while staying in the area as it's quite cheap and tasty. The service is good and the food is good. Good portions too.
